By accessing the website at yourbrand.com or engaging our manufacturing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • "Company", "We", "Us" refers to Biowil Formulation.
  • "Client", "You" refers to the brand owner, entity, or person engaging our manufacturing services.
  • "Services" refers to third-party manufacturing, private labeling, custom formulation, and packaging offered by Biowil Formulation.

2. Contract & Manufacturing Orders

Any estimates provided on this website or via initial email communication are for representational purposes. A formal manufacturing contract, explicitly detailing formulation specifications, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), delivery timelines, and payment structures, must be signed by both parties before commercial production begins.

3. Intellectual Property

In Custom Formulation agreements where the Client pays explicitly for formulation R&D and ownership, the intellectual property of that formulation shall transfer to the Client upon final payment. formulations selected from Biowil Formulation's existing "Private Label" library remain the intellectual property of Biowil Formulation.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms involve an upfront advance before raw material procurement, and the final balance prior to dispatch, unless otherwise mutually agreed in the manufacturing contract. Goods remain the property of Biowil Formulation until invoices are paid in full.

5. Liability

Biowil Formulation is responsible for ensuring products are manufactured according to the agreed-upon specifications and WHO-GMP standards. However, the Client remains solely responsible for marketing claims, brand positioning, and individual adverse reactions from end consumers unless resulting directly from a verified manufacturing defect.
